Mad City Powersports Mad City Powersports DeForest, WI DeForest, WI Part-time Part-time From $15 an hour From $15 an hour Entry Level Shipping and Receiving Clerk Mad City Power Sports, a multi-line Powersports dealership (motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, and marine), is looking for an entry-level shipping and receiving clerk to join our team! The shipping and receiving clerk is a part-time position.
Regular hours are from 9:
00 am to 1:
00 pm.
Somedays will be shorter, and others might be longer.
When the work is done, you get to go home! The position would be an excellent job for a college student with afternoon and evening classes.
It would also be an ideal position for someone looking to return to the workforce or who is responsible for child care and school schedules.
We are looking to train the right person.
At Mad City Powersports, we hire the person with the desire and then teach for the skills.
We offer a four-day workweek, which runs Tuesday through Friday, with NO SATURDAYS for this position.
Our hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:
00 am to 6:
00 pm and Saturday from 9:
00 am.
to 3:
00 pm.
Job Description:
Receiving incoming shipments, verifying packing slips, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages Stock and organize inventory in designated stock areas (stockroom, warehouse, floor) Prepare items for shipping/fill sales orders (pack, ship, file paperwork) Maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments Process all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
Assist in periodic inventory of stock Reconcile inventory-related issues with other departments Maintain an orderly, organized, clean stockroom, warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving Area.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous dealership experience is desired but not required.
Previous Lightspeed experience is desired but not required.
