Senior Director - Supply Chain

Location:- Madison, WI Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields of study. Strategic thinker with measuring what matters. An individual with a sense of urgency and diplomacy. History of world class success APICS Certification a plus, experience with ERP systems at the enterprise level, Oracle/SAP preferred Primary Accountabilities: Provide strategic and tactical direction around our entire supply chain. You should be comfortable with purchasing, planning, sourcing, warehousing that would include raw materials to finished goods. Minimize our supply chain risk thru inventory and controls. Assisting in developing and appropriately implementing operational strategic plans, policies and practices to meet, quality, food safety, capacity, service and financial/cost/budget expectations. Develop and continuously improve supplier programs and relationships that would include being involved in key negotiations and contracts. Develop our people....they matter and will make a difference as world class organization grows. Involvement with annual budgets, goals and objectives.....let's focus on what matters Collaboration....build bridges, works with sales, marketing and customers to become an integrated business partner. Aligning all manufacturing-related activities appropriately to meet corporate supply chain requirements. Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures that will optimize results. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
